Try this shikanji:
In a glass filled with crushed ice add:
30ml lemon juice
30ml simple syrup
5 ml mint juice
Half teaspoon Chat Masala (MDH/everest)
Top it with Soda!
Alternatively:
Instead of plain soda add:
Ginger ale for a different flavour
