How I made the Best Starter Base on this Minecraft Server! (Gravity falls)

Made a Gravity Falls Theme Starterbase to shock my friends on Block breaking smp.
I joined 2 month after the start of season 3. So I decided that I was going to make a starter base that looked amazing. But not only was I making a Good Looking Starterbase I was also adding custom Trees and fixing the Terrian.
Do you think this is the Best Startbase on the server?
