I’m so very Proud of the Maverick I don’t know what else to say. However Mavs are not finished yet Go get it Mavs
I thought that signing Kyrie was going to be a disaster for the Mavs, going by his unsettling attitude in the last few years. And that there was a redundancy in style with Luka, both having a history of having the ball in their hands the majority of the game.
But I have to admit that Kyrie surprised me by adapting to his new role as a secondary ball handler and scorer.
It kinda reminds me of the 70s Knicks, when they brought in Earl Monroe to play in the backcourt with Walt Frazier, both being primary ball handlers their entire careers. In that case it was Monroe who deferred to Frazier. That was an all time great backcourt.
So sad that America sees people as "secondary". A result of how this country has treated certain people. It takes a team to be successful. Luke nor Kyrie can defeat a team by themselves. Kudos to the team effort!
