Kohler CH730 Tear Down - Broken Valve Causes Damage!

In this video i tear down a Kohler CH730 from a Miller welder/generator, it was suppose to have thrown a rod, however what i found was quite interesting.

Would have been best if the rod had went thru block and new engine instead of a rebuild kit
Really it’s not even worth trying to fix it , just junk

it's under warranty and the entire engine is being replaced, so it's at no charge to the customer, the engine alone is over half the cost of the machine, it retails for a hair over 5K new the engine is 2,700 retail.
