- It's always good to leave a note with tools when leaving them in for repair.
This one was running when I tried it out, but it turned out the problem was the switch. Costumer said it kept stopping every time the trigger was pulled.
Dirt and grease from general use has gotten into the switch and needs to be cleaned out.
A common problem with the non onekey version. Sadly this is probably the last good nut gun milwaukee made.

I haven't done that one yet but thank you very much for the tips.
Another great repair Dean! What kind of spray did you use to clean the trigger switch?
Looks like liqui moly 3110 😅
I'd say it's contact cleaner, 👍
Oni tam dają jeszcze na tą taśmę rezystora w włączniku wazelinę techniczną żeby obniżyć tarcie!
Seems pretty darn good to me.
Where can I buy the electronics for this milwaukee?
Puny little wiper contacts in that switch. Are all cordless drills today using such flimsy switches?
Yea all tools with a variable speed trigger will have some sort of linear potentometer like this.
Donde te se encuentra el taller
What spray did you use to clean switch
I'd say it would be electrical contact cleaner
Bosch needed to repair Milwaukee... just my taste
Don’t be that guy 😂
If only i have tools like that, i treat it properly like my old makita angle grinder that still useful & look better than that tool.
I'm a proper tradesman, and when you're a proper trademan there is no keeping the tool nice. All the nasty places I have been over the years, my tools occompany me. I keep my drill and impact in their blow mounded case and have since 2016, however both drill and impact look very well used. This isn't from being tossed in a tool box and beat on the road. These tools are kept with care and still look like this tool. That tool has been properly used, by a proper user.
What did you clean the plastic casing with to get it back to bright and red (clean ) again?
he uses kerosene on a draper parts cleaner
@@GRamerDim will have to try that one
