When can we expect the next round of invitations for the 189 visa, and how competitive is it with a score between 65 and 75 points (Aerospace Engineering)?
Hi, Thanks for watching our videos. The points score for Sept was 90 and November 2024 was 85. So a score of 65 to 75 is not ver competitive and is unlikely to result in an invitation. The last round in November was ver large, with 15,000 invitations, so the next round may be some months away. Sorry to not have much positive in response to your question. Hi I’m a chemical engineer with points of 95 but was not invited in November. I also have applied for the 491 with a point of 100 any chance of been invited..??
It is unusual that you have a points score higher than the November invitation round score of 85 and were not invited. We rarely see that people are leap frogged for lower scores. You may want to have a professional double check your points and your EOI.
