And before anyone hates on pre-made items...keep in mind that it is still better than any fast food option -even the 'healthier' options out there!
And it also doesn't cost you an arm and a leg!
I doubt any mom hanging on for dear life day by day is going to hate on pre-made food options. I'm big fan of Costco's keto, veggie lasagna 😋. And just like that, the kids' dinner is on the table in 4 minutes!!
Every Sunday, I put my 3 year old down for a nap and let myself enjoy my favorite mom UA-cam channels. Yours is always a go to for motivation for the week. Thank you so much!

This is so helpful. Meal prepping is so intimidating to me! For one, I have no idea WHAT to meal prep. You have good, simple ideas! I’m a stay at home mom and this would help me so much. I typically don’t even eat breakfast or lunch because I get too busy making all things for my toddler and baby! Thanks! 🙂

I think you should show us how you maintain your kitchen clean! I make a mess when I meal prep 😩
Check your spray oil. I checked mine it had silicone in it. That was baking into my food. My mom checked hers and it had no silicone but it had propane.
I don't use cooking sprays. I just take a paper towel with oil on it and grease my pans that way.

Love all your meals in this post!💜 I’d have to cut them in 1/3 for myself.. I’d have leftovers for days.. I’d personally never have time to eat it all in one sitting, on the go, as a nurse no time to eat, drink water or bathroom breaks until I get home. Can’t say how many times I’ve brought my bag packed full of goodies 1/2 eaten back home and gave to my dog...then all I wanna do is sleep!!! So bravo, it all looks so yummy! 😊

I've been making a breakfast casserole every Sunday and bake Monday am. I use a 9x13" dish and it makes 8 healthy size servings that I pre-package. My adult son who is living with us during COVID has it every morning for breakfast. Microwave for about 90 seconds and good to go.
Love watching your channel. These look simple and yummy. My somewhat picky husband will love all of these. Sometimes less ingredients is best. I tend to overthink meals and then don't prep at all. Much ❤ love from a Mississippi girl.

2) while at work what do you do with the lettuce in your taco salad or do you eat the taco meat cold
