Hi Mubarak. Even in a service environment, the analysis would be the same. You would still go from looking into the current state, set realistic targets and draft an action plan. Most organisations in the service sector have flatter hierarchies and better inter-departmental coordination. So in a sense, decision-making should be quicker and more efficient. But the process is pretty much the same.

it means working in harmony to achieve the shard goal ...example if we a have a strategy that plan for innovation of new product there must be an organizational culture that encourage innovation ... and a staff of height skilled workers ..and so on
