Charge each of those Senators with obstruction of justice.
The answer is simple, the ICC issues international arrest warrants for the US senators who sign the letter for obstruction and contempt, their rules on this are very different to the USA's, and the 'speech and debate' defence doesn't exist. Whilst the USA won't give them up to justice (going by its past record) as soon as any of then set foot in Europe, or just about anywhere else, they get arrested and put in the dock. And note to Ted Cruz, Mexico does recognise the authority of the ICC.

The collision caused diplomatic tension between UK and US officials. Sacoolas fled the UK soon after the incident and claimed diplomatic immunity with US support.[ On 20 October 2022 she pleaded guilty at a UK court to causing the death of Harry Dunn by careless driving. On 8 December 2022 she was sentenced to eight months imprisonment, suspended for 12 months, and disqualified from driving for 12 months. She had not attended the sentencing in person on the advice of the US government despite the request of the judge. So yeah we all know that your "Greatest Country in the World" is full of murderers, thieves, liars and con men, especially politicians. Who never actually face real justice

Barely over a tenth of the US Senate, and they're using official letterhead while wording it as if they're speaking for the whole country... These Senators not the duly elected representatives of my state, nor do I support them and the lawless statements contained in that letter.
