Ah, I don't have any Forever21 stores here...similar story to K-Mart, though.
K-Mart was known for buying cheap and low quality stuff, but they've really stepped up their game in a major way in the last 2 years or so.
Some unsolicited advice - just embrace your skin tone and find cuts and colours that flatter pale skin.
So many people want to have darker skin when they're naturally lighter, some with darker skin want paler skin, curly hair if your hair is naturally straight...the grass is definitely not always greener on the other side, and sometimes once you get there, you'll get stuck in a cycle of looking for other green patches of grass over numerous other fences.

Thank you for your thoughtful comment. I really needed that reminder. I really love what you said about embracing what makes us unique. It’s so easy to get caught up wanting something different, but there’s so much freedom in just owning who we are. I’ve been trying to do that more lately. And wow, I didn’t know that about K-Mart. Now I’m curious to check them out! 😊
