I bet you can get that time way down ;) Monster Mile on Mt Washington took me almost 13 mins my first run this season... 3 try's later I had it down to around 8:45, and got 20th fastest of the season (for Strava) I had to take 1 break, not bad for 44 y/o and not doing Monster mile for 15+ years. So next season I'm shooting for no breaks and 6 mins. It's a wild BC cup DH track

But one day I might get back to Canada for another go..well done on smashing it down your track , that's an awesome effort. I'm 44 too and each year it definitely seems to get more difficult lol! As a brit its hard to get your head around trails being that long.. looks amazing though.
