ai64 sounds like a really fun project but training the ai for all the different stages and the route seems like hell. I think just having it play levels really bad with the speedrun timer there would be more realistic

I think it makes sense that the AI creator shares revenue with him. It is litterally created from him and using his footage for the speedruns right?
It's genuinely one of the fairest compensation splits for something related to AI I've seen. It's better than the AI art generators that train off of real people's artwork for no pay.
Y'know, morally you're absolutely right of course. But technically, legally speaking, the creator of the AI does not have to share any revenue. Even though it's clearly trained on clints likeness by any reasonable definition, it's definitely still original content, and seeing how the technology is so new, copyright law just hasn't caught up yet to deal with any of this.
Funnily enough, because the original content has been sufficiently altered by adding the Clint AI, not even the footage for the speedruns could be considered copyright infringement, because there's a good argument for the content now being transformative.

You are completely correct about all the legal stuff though which is impressive for a YT comment. I never see anyone understand how copyright works. EDIT: I will say though, if it went to court I wouldn't be surprised if it ruled on Clints side and not the Creators.

The thing is Kwebblecop was NEVER a good youtuber and was ONLY targeted towards children while Clint has many stories that aren't kid friendly. Other examples of why he's a bad/annoying youtuber include: Loud = funny (only children are into that humor and not adults as it comes off as annoying), saying doing repetitive things, video layouts designed with low attention span in mind, zero life lessons (Clint is all about life lessons with his stories), and again always targeted towards children with themes that adults would find annoying. None of those youtubers that are targeting children last long and they're all annoying and it all started with Fred. Fred started the idea that loud is funny to children and then made many homes louder and many parents annoyed.
