Just as an FYI, you can swap out the battery for a 24v 30ah Lithium battery and quadruple the stock run time for less than 100 bucks. The charge time will also be more comparable to that of the Stacyc, but with a much longer run time. You can also overvolt (24v to 32v) for a little more power as well by upgrading the controller and battery (from 24v 7ah to 32v 10ah) while doubling the stock run time for less than 200 bucks. Most of these upgrades also include variable speed throttle capability for a more moto-esque feel vs the on/off throttle on the stock bike. Razor bikes really are a lot of fun and super upgradable.
My 6 year old is 125cm and it still fits him decently but the bike is a bit on the small side for him. He fits the Honda CRF50 perfectly. I would say up to a 150cm rider could ride it but it would feel small for them.
@@RideEnduro oh no doubt, I just meant instead of buying an $800 ebike you can improve the performance and lifetime of this bike so much for the value it's unbelievable.
That Stacyc bike a piece of shit! I have had nothing but problems with it! Definitely buy the razor I am 160 pound and have a razor 350 that does 65mph lol

Awesome info here 👍 I'm gonna pin this!
@@RideEnduro I'd be more than happy to link to these upgrades as well, if anyone is interested.
Yeah post the links! It's all about sharing the info.
@@RideEnduro Wrote a pretty long post and it looks like it was deleted, unfortunately. I'm not sure what happened lol.
Weird...
THNX 4 doin' this video man! APPRECIATE it!
Perfect. Very thorough review. Super psyched to get my 4yr-old on it now.
SAME HERE!!!
Thanks for the video, I replaced the brake lever with a bicycle lever for adjustability. My 4 year old couldn’t reach the brake with his little hands.
Nice job 👍
I just had someone make me a 3d printed short reach today
Thanks for the shots besides the CRF50. We have one and I need something smaller for my daughter so it gave me a good idea as far as the size.
No problem, cheers
Just got this for my 4 yr old. I figured i could mod it once he outgrew it, or once the batteries go.
Oh definitely! Juice it up for him when he starts to get bored with it!
Great review, really explained the pros and cons
Hope it helped!
I got one of these for my daughter she is 8 and only weighs 40 pounds do should go good.
Could you wire it to run off a 24v lipo kobalt battery? I did for the kids power wheels, works great.
I don’t see why not? How many MAH are they?
2 MAH. But I want to buy and run the 4 and 6. Will that change the Voltage output? What does MAH affect? Discharge rate?
@@desertrider325 no 24v is 24v no matter the MAH. It just determines how long it will last.
I just got one of these for free. Unfortunately, I have no charger. Any suggestions on getting back running
Try to contact razor for a replacement charger?
Good video! Very accurate
Thanks, cheers
what is the tallest person you think you could go on this bike, like in cm?

@@RideEnduro ok thanks i was just wondering if it would be suitable for me as im very short lol im only 143cm
@@TreeSpire check out Razors website there is a larger version I believe called the MX500. It might suit you better!
Amazing God bless yall
Very well said 👏 👍
Cheers, thanks!
mate you are killing that battery if you are doing that to a lead acid battery. 12.4v is fla 12v is dead flat and you just did damage to it
Thank you.
Thanks
$1.30 conversion from US to CAN but yet he's correct the Canadian price is double 😄
I have one
Can literally spend 100 bucks for lithium 24v battery on this bike and ride for longer than the 800$ you mentioned
Sure, you can spend money on just about anything to improve performance. This review is how the bike comes out of the box.

Ah I gotcha 👍
Ok ok
you look like THOR!
