Dear Lord, I know You don’t want to let me go from forgiving my brother. Yes, I’ve been wanting him to begin to reason within himself that he’s done wrong. Father, I realize that it’s not up to me to hold him responsible for what he’s done, that’s something that belongs only to You. The hurt is deep, please Father, heal my heart, help me to forgive so that You may be glorified in both our lives. In Jesus’ name I pray.
In accordance with luke 6:35, 2 corinthians 6:14-18 I bind one to expect nothing in return from man when doing good in my life, the lives of my family, friends, colleagues, neighbours, acquintances, opponents and the body of Christ while binding one to be kind to even ungrateful and wicked people, while binding myself not being unequally yoked and have any common share with those who do expect something in return from man for doing good and those not being kind to the ungrateful and wicked, in the name and blood of Jesus Christ, amen and hallelujah!
Boy! I had to listen to this one twice. It was like you took the words right out of my mouth. It is a good reminder that as Jesus taught us in the Sermon on the Mount, our thought lives are just as important as our actions.
