    It’s the same drain! Every video it’s the same one! Just block it when it rains and rinse a video…. How has nobody else said this?? Every single video is in the same place!!!

      I like it, tough. But perpaps you can Show a litten bit of the surrounding. Is this a school, nearby? I ask myself, why the drain is always blocked. Doesn't the City take care of it or is it simply not passable?
