Same thing here in Nigeria. 8 working hours per day. Soem comalnies also count overtime while others just use employees.

Every Company with their policy, if it's 12 hours, that's their normal time for their company, some even work like 15 hours dear, not easy at all

If you get company that works for 12 hours, you can do part time like four hours, or company that's 8 hours working period
