Been looking all over the place for this very tutorial, so glad I found it again. You are the only person I've seen so far who ties off their thread like this and it is so much easier and far less hassle than weaving the old/new thread in.
This is brilliant. I've always just connected them with a square knot but then that knot has to go through beads that (probably) already have at least one thread pass already in place. Worst...the knot doesn't always end up in the best of places. Trying this the next time. Thank you!
0:59 I don't understand from here, because first it should be snug enough that when pulling the two threads the knot won't move. Then right after that, I should move the knot by pulling those same threads?? I'm confused, I pulled until the knot was unmoveable, and now I gotta move it? Can someone help me understand the process? 😅

This is the best way ever to tie on new thread. Done this method multiple times and it works. Thank you!
Miraculous for me😂, I can't count the number of times I use this AWESOME method❤❤
hi! ❤ what do with the stray strands from the slip know after beading, do you just cut them off? im afraid they will come undone or something 😅
OMG thank you so much this saved me a lot of stress trying to tie a new piece of thread, Thank you!💗💗💗👍👍👍

Thanks for this, makes perfect sense and works so well!
What a great game changer. Thank you so much for sharing!!!
Thank you so much for such a complete explanation!
I came looking for metal but this is interesting too
that's why i' am subbed and great idea. Thank you Mrs. M. Potter
Thanks! I love this idea! I would work my tails into the beaded pattern as usual.
This is perfect! Thank you so much for the tip. When you are all finished do you weave the tails into the beadwork?
Thank you, I've found weaving the tails through my work doubles up the thread and changes the softness of the weave too much.

very nice I love it.
I'm struggling with making the slip knot your hand covers what you're doing at the most critical point
When do you trim the tails?
Спасибо! :)
