Oh my goodness, people nit pick everything. I have never seen anything on your channel that was the least bit political. You give us terrific information, share your life a little bit, and I love watching you. Been here since the beginning. You tubers have a terrible time with trolls. Have a great day. Thanks for sharing.
More than nit picking. You tell us Karen. You are 1000% in the right and you were completely appropriate. It says more about the people who complained.
Karen I think you are one of the classiest ladies I watch on UA-cam! Taking the time to explain the negativity was kind of you. I love the way you explained the reality of what they viewed while still holding your ground & not sharing personal information that you don’t owe to anyone. I think it’s insulting that some viewers feel they have a right to dictate to you or anyone else where they spend their money or how to run their businesses! I think it’s absurd when some of the comments try to make you seem negative or dishonest! You are very respectful in my opinion! I shop at 30 so I know how crazy busy in there it gets! You leave others faces out of your videos & stay out of other shoppers way while still managing to pick great items, give us information to learn from & show kindness & respect to the employees! Not to mention you are truly gracious & sweet when a viewer approaches you while filming! I experienced that first hand! (People she is even PRETTIER in person! Truly I didn’t think that was possible but she is!) Also please tell Roger I’m still hoping he starts a channel! 🤞 Thank you for continuing to bring us great entertainment! Please don’t change! Please don’t let the negative folks stress you! ❤
Very well said & how lucky are you that you’ve had the opportunity to meet her in person. Karen has become my favorite UA-cam reseller & in my mind she is a friend of mine, lol 😊
So glad you and Roger had a great time in Florida… love your finds I always feel as if I am hanging out with you♥️ I was upset when you mentioned the nit picky party poopers…. Some folks love being negative🙄🤦🏾♀️just block them and move on!! Love ya my fellow ex new yawker! My husband who is also from new York said to me “ eh she shoulda went to New York on em” I said she did but in her classy way♥️😍😂😂😂😂😂 Have a beautiful weekend!
At 20:06 in vid. Next to the necklace you were looking at was what looked like a Tiffany & Co “Bean” necklace. 😮They resell without box up to $100 depending on size, more if you have the box. If it was by Tiffany it will be stamped on back
@ oh my , I didn’t even think about that. I know that hand bags and clothing fakes are everywhere but I didn’t even think about jewelry. It really is too hard to tell sometimes. I don’t even try to sell things like Coach on eBay anymore, it is just not worth the risk. Thanks for the heads up😁
Welcome back! I always enjoy your videos. I never miss one. One thing I'll say that is in every video is a comment about how hard it is to balance UA-cam and reselling. It might be interesting to incorporate balance as a topic. I think all resellers have something else they also do. Some are parents, some take take of parents, some have other jobs, etc. Balance is a topic that applies to all your viewers. We get it!
God Bless Your Heart. Freedom of speech hopefully will continue to reign free. I don't think I've ever heard political anything from you and if I had I would respect that as well. My thought is you are sharing your journey with anyone who wants to travel along with you - not to be judged but to tag along. Bless you
I so look forward to your videos. I’m still shaking my head at that people get so triggered and petty. I want to thank you for the joy, fun and knowledge that you give us every week. 😊
Hi Karen. I love your channel and watch all the time. Just block the nasties . You are one of the few people I watch regularly because you are so positive and nice. Keep going just the way you are. Glad you and Roger had a great time in Florida. Val.🐨 💟
Okay, am I nuts or does that Santa Claus look just like Roger, if he were a Santa? Look for him when you're showing the blue Smurf. Let me know. You need to get him. So cute!
Love your videos. I have been selling on Ebay since it started. Would love to do video but just don't know where to start. I am 74 years young. And find it difficult to set boundaries for my work. Thank you once again.
I'm pretty sure that the santa, elf, and deer trinkets in the beginning are not clocks. They move their body parts on solar power. When light hits the part you thought was a clock, they wiggle.
Haha yes, I have a few of those myself and just scrolled comments to see if anyone else mentioned it😊 They are super cute! #KarenandRogerSuperFanfromOhio
Oh my those dishes are gorgeous. They have a modern look, and people would love them to use in their decor today. I think it is getting harder and harder to find nice little things, with so much Amazon & Temu crappola since the pandemic. In don't know why people buy so much tat.
40:24 It’s a papyrus. The outline of the image is stamped onto the papyrus and then hand colored in with paint. That is my guess from what I can see. Egyptian.
Hi Karen, love watching you, from a fellow Long Islander. I'm in Northport. Loved the pink dishes, I'm a PINK girl and use Pink in my Christmas decor. Also the little moving items are Solar, getting movement from the sun. After my thrifting. Vintage obsession, I finally started my reselling biz last January. I am planning on starting a You tube channel... please tell me how you jumped all in. You and Roger make a beautiful couple...All the best to you both!! ❤
Hi, my local Goodwill is a hole in the wall and I don’t like shopping there because it’s so small and crowded and there’s not that many shelves at all. I wish they would build a bigger store.
👏I think pink dishes are perfect year-round, if you are lucky enough to own them😁 I think you were right about the hedgehog😘Just a bunch of hedgehogs hanging out together on the shelf🤣 I love your videos. You are a breath of fresh air in this world today💨 Thank you for your calm and joy Karen.
The papyrus picture you mentioned eBay sold in United Kingdom. Our UK currency is British Pounds, not Euros…remember Brexit? UK’s own Independence Day 🇬🇧 😂
Tree of Life: used to see a lot of such art made for the souvenir trade, in my travels in Asia, the Middle East and Europe. But as with many things purchased overseas, they are less common inside the US. Oh, and England left the EU some time back, so it was not likely to have been priced in Euros, sold from England. 😉
When the year 2000 was coming up, there were all kinds of collectable items. I know, a friend was into it and I received a pile! Nice 2000 sterling bracelet, earrings "all the things"😂
I think every state had five and dimes stores. In downtown Norwalk, CT we had H.L. Greens. It had inexpensive items, but good quality. Five and dime stores also sold knick knacks of good quality. I bought a knick knack at Goodwill similar to one my aunt had, it was from McCorys. Probably inexpensive, but good quality and in good shape being 25 years old.
The pink dishes would fit in with the Lisa decor for the 80’s. Think of it as an inherent gift! You actually get to see her enjoy it or give her spare change for half of it to sell or if she has little ones when they come of age their inherent.❤😊
Karen, you just make my day! I love your honesty, your generosity and kindness as well as your fantastic sense of humor!!! Keep being you! You are a light in this world!💜
OMG - Monsteras are very pricey. $15 for that size is a steal. If they are well taken care of they grow to over 6'. Mine died a horrible death at 6". I paid $20 for that one.
There are too many people who I guess their mother didn’t teach them the rule “if you don’t have nothing nice to say, don’t say anything “. Keep up the good work. You are so special, and I’m not sure how you do what you do a stay sane.
Oh my gosh, Karen. Why do some people always have to be so negative. They see things the way they want to because they are so negative. As always, I love your videos.
Karen, thanks for taking us with you. I really liked the first shop where the ceramic log with the cardinal. Definitely a florist piece. But that piece filled with pine branches from your yard or forest would be beautiful every year. Might have been good in your booth. It’s not easy to find a Christmas vase that works for many years. I enjoy every minute of your videos. And I love your comments. It’s not chatter, it’s communicating with your viewers. Don’t ever quit talking while shopping. You and Roger are such a nice couple. I’m so happy for you both. Keep having fun!
I love watching you and listening to your honest & wholesome commentary. There are sad people who like to drag others down. They don't have any right to give their opinion on what they see as your opinion... so double standards. You are a bright light and a joy to watch! Keep up that beautiful smile!
Agree, people are so hard to understand. If anyone has watched you for anytime at all they should know you and gracious and nonjudgmental. We are in America folks!!
Oh my goodness, people nit pick everything. I have never seen anything on your channel that was the least bit political. My dad always said if you don't have anything good to say don't say anything.
Karen I enjoy your videos and your hard work. You encourage me to keep reselling!!! Thank you!
More than nit picking. You tell us Karen. You are 1000% in the right and you were completely appropriate. It says more about the people who complained.
Yes, I agree totally. People are soooooo easily offended. 😩
Pink dishes styled with vintage pink and silver ornaments would be beautiful!
I agree. The Pink dishes would be gorgeous as a Christmas table setting. I remember growing up there used to be Pink Christmas Trees!
My goodness that pink china is to die for!!
Karen I think you are one of the classiest ladies I watch on UA-cam! Taking the time to explain the negativity was kind of you. Ditto.... I know... It's lazy to say, but you wrote what I was thinking....only much more eloquently!!
Well said.
Sounds like you had a relaxing time in Florida. Those dishes are gorgeous!!
Bless your heart , so happy you two had a fun trip. All work and no play makes a soul grumpy and grey😄
So glad you and Roger had a great time in Florida… love your finds I always feel as if I am hanging out with you♥️
I was upset when you mentioned the nit picky party poopers…. Some folks love being negative🙄🤦🏾♀️just block them and move on!!
Love ya my fellow ex new yawker! My husband who is also from new York said to me “ eh she shoulda went to New York on em” I said she did but in her classy way♥️😍😂😂😂😂😂
Have a beautiful weekend!
The fish dish would be a cute water bowl for cats.
I think I saw a Tiffany box on the top shelf.
At 20:06 in vid. Next to the necklace you were looking at was what looked like a
Tiffany & Co “Bean” necklace. 😮They resell without box up to $100 depending on size, more if you have the box. If it was by Tiffany it will be stamped on back
There is SO much fake Tiffany out there ( even with the stamp) ..Ebay definetly gives out Veros on this brand.

Good idea!
Love the homer Laughlin pink dishes . Been thinking about redoing my kitchen in pink. That's a find!
You have nothing to apologize for. Some people carry around their own rain clouds!
I remember in high school wearing Bass Weejuns, and also brogues with the flap/tongue on top.
God Bless Your Heart. Freedom of speech hopefully will continue to reign free. I don't think I've ever heard political anything from you and if I had I would respect that as well. I love watching your videos, you and Roger make my day. ❤❤
I liked the banana tree on the shelf, I have one.
You look so refreshed! Sounds like a delightful time. Yes PA got cold!
Thank you for the explanation. I suspected so, but questioned myself.
Those pink dishes ❤
Excited to see you're back! Hope you had tons of fun, anxious to see the video with you back at it.
So enjoyed your video today! I am behind on watching my favorite creators. Crazy life lately. Lol Thank you Karen!
I sure enjoy thrifting with you!
Hi Karen. I love your channel and watch all the time. Just block the nasties . You are one of the few people I watch regularly because you are so positive and nice. Keep going just the way you are. Glad you and Roger had a great time in Florida. Val.🐨 💟
It actually makes me feel better that your Goodwill was a strike out because I see it can be a normal thing!
Love the night lights ❤
Good for you on responding to the flack you apparently received. Nice, clear response, but not ugly. God bless you.
I enjoy all yours and Rogers videos. People can be awful. Thank God, oh, excuse me...that's right! Thank God for good people!
Okay, am I nuts or does that Santa Claus look just like Roger, if he were a Santa? Look for him when you're showing the blue Smurf. Let me know. You need to get him. So cute!
Hello Karen, I loved the sheep plate and bird painting. I love your videos, always so interesting to watch and see what you find🙏🇿🇦.
I adore the pink dishes ❤❤❤ wish I was there to get them. If it's pink or sparkly I want it 😂
Good on you, Karen. Mercy!
I love the circular fan decorations for fall - bonus they are paper not plastic.
Love your hair Karen. It looks so good! ❤
The pink dishes are beautiful 😊
Love your videos. I have been selling on Ebay since it started. Would love to do video but just don't know where to start. I am 74 years young. And find it difficult to set boundaries for my work. Thank you once again.
Hi Karen! Nippon backstamps were made between late 1890’s - 1921. Japan backstamps were made beyond 1921. Love your videos!
I love the bear on the top shelf ! 😍
Hello welcome home hope your vacation was very relaxing. Did you see at 35:47 on the top shelf the KAR figurines ? To bad they didn't have the EN.
Enjoyed thrifting with you today Karen. Thanks for sharing. 🙂
HI KAREN.. LOVED THIS VIDEO…LOVE YOU🧡
Those movement pieces like elf and Santa r powered by the sun. Not a clock. From dollar tree many years ago.
I just sold one of those Papyrus tree of life. You probably saw my sold!!!
Oh my those dishes are gorgeous. They have a modern look, and people would love them to use in their decor today. I think it is getting harder and harder to find nice little things, with so much Amazon & Temu crappola since the pandemic. In don't know why people buy so much tat.
I was in Goodwill on EBay and they had Corning Ware for sale at outrageous prices. Like an A3B-, with Pyrex with a price of $480.
40:24 It’s a papyrus. The outline of the image is stamped onto the papyrus and then hand colored in with paint. That is my guess from what I can see. Egyptian.
No worries from this gal! No need to explained Karen. 😊
Those accordian thingys should be great in your booth every year for fall decorations uh you just finally caught on lol

Those accordion pleated fall decor will be a great eye catcher for your booth!
Hi Karen, love watching you, from a fellow Long Islander. I'm in Northport. Loved the pink dishes, I'm a PINK girl and use Pink in my Christmas decor. Also the little moving items are Solar, getting movement from the sun.

Hi, my local Goodwill is a hole in the wall and I don’t like shopping there because it’s so small and crowded and there’s not that many shelves at all. I wish they would build a bigger store.
Your Hair looks Amazing ❤
I would get the lamp because it's free

👏I think pink dishes are perfect year-round, if you are lucky enough to own them😁 I think you were right about the hedgehog😘Just a bunch of hedgehogs hanging out together on the shelf🤣 I love your videos. You are a breath of fresh air in this world today💨 Thank you for your calm and joy Karen.
I think the set of 4 stacking white measuring cups are hedgehogs.
Love ur hair Karen 😊
I love your hair!!
Mt Joy Thrift should be at their new location sometime this coming spring 👍👍👍💜💜💜

Yes yes yes buy the decorative fans. I just bought some at Party City
The papyrus picture you mentioned eBay sold in United Kingdom.
Our UK currency is British Pounds, not Euros…remember Brexit? UK’s own Independence Day 🇬🇧 😂

Bleeker & Bond is Anthropologie..Sells very well
Your hair is fabulous xo. Don’t worry about the hecklers you are a sweetheart.
When the year 2000 was coming up, there were all kinds of collectable items. I know, a friend was into it and I received a pile! Nice 2000 sterling bracelet, earrings "all the things"😂
I’m sure somebody told you by now the Santa, elf, and reindeer are solar dancers from dollar tree or dollar general.
I'm pretty certain that those hedgehog measuring cups are Anthropologie.

I believe if it says Nippon it was made prior to 1921. Stamps say Japan after that date.

I would have grabbed the hedgehogs and did a comp. Anthropology brand and selling for around $45
OMG - Monsteras are very pricey. $15 for that size is a steal. If they are well taken care of they grow to over 6'. Mine died a horrible death at 6". I paid $20 for that one.

They are readers so I can't see far with them on.
Fun!
Great price on that monstera 😮😮😮😮 they go for like 60 or more that big 😫
"Whose life do I think I'm living? Certainly not my life." Made me smile, we all have days like that 🙂
There are too many people who I guess their mother didn’t teach them the rule “if you don’t have nothing nice to say, don’t say anything “. Keep up the good work. You are so special, and I’m not sure how you do what you do a stay sane.
Did your mother teach you to mind your own business. All comments are opinions.
Oh my gosh, Karen. Why do some people always have to be so negative. They see things the way they want to because they are so negative. As always, I love your videos.
Hi Karen so glad you both enjoyed your self’s ,a small break does wonders lv Ann uk ❤️❤️❤️🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

So sorry for the negative comments. I adore your posts. I always watch them at least once. You are one of my most favorite people.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

@37:06 were you thinking Cloisonné? I couldn't see the design too well...looked porcelain
Agree, people are so hard to understand. If anyone has watched you for anytime at all they should know you and gracious and nonjudgmental. We are in America folks!!
My mind never went there!! People are so ugggh!! Love you, your content and your sweet husband!! You did nothing wrong.
❤❤❤
What if a screw had been replaced on an actual vintage or antique? Are there any other i.d markers to look for ?
