No it’s correct you can’t use the bus lane. If the question said when can you use the bus lane then you can select to pick up and drop of passengers. Need to be very careful when reading the questions because it could get mixed up with other reasons
Question 25 - both B and C have the same statement how can one be right and not the other….both statement is on that paragraph exactly….confused why one is right? Please explain

The question is about "USE THE BUS LANE" and not "ENTER the bus lane". One needs to be very careful here.
