This worked for that annoyance! Now, if I can only get my NVIDIA Control Panel to back to customizing each program and saving it again... It happens only after I installed NVIDIA Broadcast, then remove it. I used the DDU uninstaller in safe mode and nothing fixes it. Reinstalling Windows 10 in place used to fix it, now I cannot reinstall it anymore, as it fails.
