The Ray Gun Mk2 does 2,300 dmg per shot but headshots do 50,000 dmg. With pap headshots due 100,000 dmg so yes it does so much more headshots dmg. A full pap clip to the head will kill ONE zombie on round 100.
You supposed to open the down stairs room first, never upstairs. Trail the Zombies in the gun box room and bake and throw grenades below you so the trail of Zombies receives them, using raygun to blast the occasional zombie coming through the door or a window.
I love CoD zombies, but this logic right here is precisely why I prefer Killing Floor 2. It's a lot more fun when zombies DON'T have upscaling health compared to the round/wave you're on.
