CSE / CE is one and the same thing.
Both means Computer Science Engineering in which there is both Software and Hardware subjects.
And Computer Science is a different field in which there are subjects of only Software.
Which simple means that if you are going for a 4 year BTech in CSE/ CE than that means you will have both Software and hardware subjects.
But if you are opting for BSC in Computer Science then it has only Software related subjects.
