This could have been better titled "Valerie Gordon bakes for rude Americans." Thanks for going on the show, Valerie. You are knowledgeable and respectful! Living in Kansas City I'm a bit shocked at the terrible culture displayed by the rest of the crew. Yikes. Hallmark what are you thinking?

how to cut into small cakes?
measure .. use an actual ruler for this step.. cut with a CLEAN knife each cut .. wipe knife after each cut .. OR cutters can be used as well.. as in cookie / biscuit cutters.
