Barely beating me and I wasn't working out. big men like shaq, barkley ,karl malone and even Glen Davis who cash played use their strength for important purposes, like getting in post position, driving to the lane, taking contact, keeping offensive players out of post position, etc. Lebron is strong as an ox and Even Michael Jordan was very strong and moved smaller defenders out of the way, when he drove to the rim.
