Isham Monday's Fire On The Mountain on Gourd Fiddle

I love this version of this tune and when I realized Mr. Monday was playing it in cross F I had to do it on the gourd fiddle since that's my tuning for the gourd.

Oh my gosh! I didn’t even know you could make a fiddle from a gourd! It sounded great & I love that music. I’ve played violin for 40 years and never gotten to play something as cool as that. Amazing instrument!

I hadn't heard it before either. I'm working my way through the Milliner Koken tune collection and picking out tunes I like. Definitely sadder sounding than the standard bluegrass version!
