Talented IT engineers you say? I am in the top IT service MNC company of India and our own internal portals are shitty. IT engineers are 80-90% copying codes from githubs and none of the deliveries are first time right.

@@abhirajarora7631 Most of the code is inherited from previous projects to which minor modifications are done. Rest of the project specific functions are from github with minor modifications. Problem with IT is their limited span of knowledge. IT engineers are lacking multi domain span of knowledge. IT engineers think that if they know JAVA, R, Python etc. that is a great span of knowledge. The truth these are just languages. I myself know many languages and they are just tools. Multi domain knowledge means to know code, electronic hardware, mechanical housing, knowledge on certification, procurement and related constraints, costing, cash flow of the company, financial model, management impact on business, and so on. Unfortunately, life of an IT engineer is going to office, coffee break, copy paste, coffee break, sprint meeting, coffee break, trying to fix bugs, cigarette break and go home.

The positive side is now judiciary and bar have been taught using technology during this COVID19 pandemic. Getting right technology will solve the issue. Schools and teachers are handling online education more comfortably now, hence judiciary will also get use to it.

I am not a Lawyer by profession but fortunately an engineer I understand the problems of what you said there are certain requirements of the judiciary for an Online hearing. But I am 100% sure that an intranet-based system could be developed for Online Hearing. This could be connected via servers, storage centres so that the whole hearing could be recorded it's possible that we can have a parallel text-based system whenever an individual speaks so missing out the details could be avoided and the court will have live ready scripts though there could be a limitation of language "ENGLISH" initially then this could be removed in fact in house system could be much better secured and encrypted but then this requires an investment

Let it whether it is through technology or in person, what is important is proper hearing of the arguments and giving correct verdict in time (not dragging it forever.....) and more importantly not falling for the tricks of the advocates. Advocates misguide judges. Judge should not only hear advocates arguments, they should also talk to petitioner and defendant to get the truth ! That is important.

It was horrible experience i had before the benches of justice Kanwilkar and Nariman. They were inaudible and arguments were not properly heard. Despite the fact the net work was good at my end, the judges were blur and their voices were breaking. Ultimately, the casuality is the case. Quite contrary to the bad experiences in those courts, in justice Chandrachud and kaul, the net work connections are good and arguments are clearly heard and responded. Hope the concerned are watching to rectify the defects. Let not the causes fail for want of technology

Murder case from any state of India should be entertained by Supreme Court. Because Delhi is far away from many states. Polygraph test must be mandatory where eye witness is absent. Threatning of murder to govt. Job aspirant or other by political worker/leader should be very offensive crime. Life threatning leads brain injury, poor oxygen supply in body and brain, heart. It leads to growth in career and marriage. Many times murdered person's father, mother are old aged and brother brother long time distance and their very close relative distance/ fearful relation for long time, obstacle in nephew-niece marriage, obstacle in study should be criminal offence. Many times one comes good and other comes bad. Jealousy and ecentricity must not be entertained. In case of life risk brother - sister- brother -sister or other close relative bonding should be very good. They should be helpful to one another and this should be law. One clear Article must be included in the constitution mentioning that murder must not be done and it is the biggest crime. If one brother/ her wife is tremendous bad for long time then brother -brother- sister relation may be cut off. Please spread this comment to concerned authority. Thank you Sir.
