How to use a Cane masters techniques when you have either fallen or been taken to the floor.

One of the scariest positions I find myself in is when I have either fallen or been taken to the ground. Having to use my walking canes for mobility it is hard for me to get up from the floor. Add into the mix an attacker as well and you can understand how this position can be both difficult and frightening.
