But all I heard was in Ballard we trust. stop thinking these people in these positions are so much smarter than fans because ninety percent of the time they're not. Shane should be given another opportunity. I believe he is a good coach, but was forced to try and develop a crappy. Q, b, that should not be on him. We need to draft another quarterback, to compete this year.I would suggest a Quinn Eurers carson, Beck type and hope we're in play for arch Manning. If he develops the way we think he is in 2 years. The main problem is that they accept the unacceptable. Whether it's poor play, lateness to meetings, etc. Nobody should be safe at their position. If a player doesn't perform, put in somebody that will. Same goes for all the coaches. The sad truth is that with Jim running the team, we're kind of screwed.
Been Ballard. He goes after B and C players in the draft taking swings. Trying to look like the smartest person in the room. His refusing to add quality players with free agency or other form is mind blowing.
Shane deserves another chance. He was given Frank’s team and told to make them accountable and develop the most raw QB prospect of all time. Now, that exact same squad is about to get a 2nd coach fired (3 if Saturday counts). Can we at least agree it’s the team and not the coach at that point? Do any of us think we can change the behavior of 53 grown men who are already millionaires? My guess is NOOOO we cannot. Ballard gone, Gus gone and let Shane stay. Promise Shane is a good coach if given a mixed up squad and next time a new QB that’s got a better floor than AR.
P.s that Penn state quarterback Allard throws dimes that his receivers drop constantly. That is definitely a guy to look for in the n. F l in the future
Well, you can make the team better. All you Gotta do is not show up at the games except filling up the stadium. He got hurt him in the pocketbook you don’t fill the stands up they don’t want to pay players I want to get free agents just don’t fill it. Don’t go to the game Fitness stands with bags over your head hurt them in a pocketbook and that way to go out and get some players disgusting. Fact and the matter is Ballard can not put together a legitimate team rostered throughout his years. That's why he never makes it to every postseason on every year of his management. Injurious piled up during years after year because Ballard is not getting elite talented players that can help keep organization cultural momentum. If you can't figure out the piece of the puzzles, you will never get the right picture of this team
How can they win if they've never won? The culture of winning is not in the DNA of the gm the coaches and the players most of them are here for the check and most of them couldn't get that money no where else but here but for most of'em better save up because they'll never make that money ever again
It's everyone's fault all of them. Coaches, players, office personnel Start with firing GM let new gm decide on DC. Release over paid and waisted Tallent. I like Moe but we are waisting his ability and overpaying him to be a blocker. These rookies we got are horrible. They all come with baggage on top of it. Steichen is safe just cause we agreed he gets 5 years to develop a team. His problem is he's got no since of urgency, and he entitles players. This team including fans get all excited for mediocre performances. One player plays a few decent games and all of sudden, they r excellent. We barely beat 3 win teams and just lost to the worse team in the league.
