Can cards from shadow of the galaxy (SOG) and spark of rebellion (SOR) all be used together? Intermixed as a deck or an SOR deck play against an SOG deck? Or can they only be used in their separate series?
I feel you. This is definitely at the head of the class in those terms though. For me personally, I think I might be just fine with the deck-building game.
I’m a huge Star Wars fan and love that more games are coming out but if people want a Star Wars card game why don’t we still play Star Wars Destiny? That was a great deck building game with fairly simple rules and game play. It died a few years ago and now we have a new card game to play?? I’m at the point where I just assume this is going to die and then in a few years there will be another one. My house will be full of useless Star Wars cards for games we don’t play! Can we not just make one like Magic the Gathering and keep it going for years and build a solid community??
Destiny proved too expensive to keep up with. The dice were causing production issues and some of the set releases are a mess. While different, the SW TCG does share some things in common with Destiny.
@@meeple so it's cheaper to produce for FF games so it has a better profit margin for them but it's still going to cost the consumer a fortune cus they'll bring out booster set after booster set and add ons that will rack up the cost, whats going to happen in 2 years when this card game dies? it's just getting beyond a joke now. can't we just have one game like Magic that is timeless and builds a solid community with longevity?
Kinda sorta I guess on the title. I disagree on the Luke thing though. The idea of a Star Wars universe, with a rich history and future is still very exciting to me, whether it involves Skywalkers or not...and as long as it's quality story-telling.
Let’s go baby. A little jealous though. That Grogu looks great. But again a missed opportunity to have sleeves with a resource on the back
I would love those sleeves
They should have let you reveal the Salacious Crumb card for this set when they were passing out spoiler cards!
That would have been very special for us indeed. (insert Salacious Crumb laugh)
Again, I’m going to 4 prerelease events… it will be a long weekend, but fun.
Dang!

This is an ongoing CCG, so all cards can be used in deck-building as long as you following the rules/guidelines in the rules.
Just can’t bring myself to buy another Star Wars card game. 2 was more than enough….

Haven't gotten into this card game. if it ain't one IP its another :( Still, great video. Keep up the fantastic content.
Much appreciated!
Hmm, looks like a re-title of Shadows of the Empire, still though Star wars without luke is like LotR without aragorn, frodo, the ring, elendil…….
