Man I gotta say, out of the 149 podcasts Big Jay has been on in the past week, and I’ve listened to most of them, Santino really seems to get Big Jay’s humor more than others.
Big jays comedy is so easy for everyone to get that’s why he’s on of the most under appreciated comics out there. He’s got a way of saying shit everyone understands
I got five minutes in the big Jay’s special and I was hooked. I couldn’t get off the couch. I’ve never checked out this comedy before I’m a freaking fan now.🎉
The Legion Of Skanks podcast is the funniest thing on the planet. Big Jay is funnier on that then he will be on stage almost but his standup is great too.

You should try it, instead of talking about him and Schaub under every single comedy podcast until the end of time.

My favorite two comics! Been a fan of Big Jay Oakerson for many years. His podcast Legion of Skanks and his new special are both hilarious! Haven’t seen Santino Live, but his standup and podcasts are some of my favorites. Hoping I can see Santino in OK City. Big Jay crushed at Bricktown in OK City! By far the BEST crowd work comedian in the business!
I love these two bc they’re both more humble than Andrew Schultz saying to Joe Rogan “I don’t remember the jokes, I remember the song” like he’s Socrates or something for slapping his leg and laughing obnoxiously at everything w a hint of humor
Whiskey ginger and AYG are very similar in one specific way to me. I feel like on both pods, comedians and other guests really let their guard down and seem more vulnerable and/or genuine. And for completely different reasons too. Santino is an absolute treasure

The episode with Jay felt like an interrogation to me. It felt less like a conversation and more like Rick was just waiting for his turn to dispute whatever Jay had said.
@@AB-ee5tb TYSO is the kinda podcast you'll really like or dislike. It depends on the guest a lot too, but with the right guest it's a really good podcast IMO. His ones with Bobby Lee were really good, Zach Braff was good. Recent ones that come to mind are Bill Burr and Yannis was really good.
Just watched the special from Jay. Personable, kind, explanatory, fun, comfortable, and likable. His navigation of the 101 female officers joke is pretty great. Jay is doing things right. Santino. looking forward to seeing you and Bobby and Jetski et. al. in Norfolk.

(i was referring to his fingerless gloves)

My wife never listens to my comedy podcasts but played her the parts about missing dads and dysfunctional families and she was able to relate so much she’s laughing out loud. She was even laughing at the darkest parts which is where it’s that laugh away the tears stuff. It’s great love you both but mostly sir ginger himself
I saw a Big Jay in Greenville South Carolina where I live on the fully loaded tour, and he literally killed it harder than anybody besides Mark Normand
Cheeto talking about his pops smoking Winston's had me cracking up bc my dad has also smoked Winston's my entire life. Even tho I smoke Marlboros, for whatever reason Winston's STINK so much worse than any other brand!!! That funky stink just sticks to clothes, furniture, in cars and everywhere else way worse than any other brand lol. Brought me back to being a kid in the car with him 🤣 Nostalgia with Cheeto should be a new segment
If I must be brutally honest. When Jay and Andrew were reminiscing on childhood memories and describing how much their fathers and mothers had in common, Through out the entirety of that conversation in which I had no part of. None the less I felt so wholesomely relatable although I am 15-20 years younger than you guys my parents were / are hard core old school. Dad dipped before I was even born. Mom never went after him for child support because of her independence complex. Let alone its not like he ever had money to begin with. anywho I just wanted to let you guys both know how much I really relate to the way we were raised vs. How back then was a "different time with the ways they were raised. Really puts the generational curses into perspective 😂
