I had a go on one of these in about 1990. Unfortunately the arcade owner had disabled the motion so it wasn't as epic as I'd hoped. Felt kinda cheated after playing...
I'm trying to figure out how many of these were made by SEGA. The serial on the machine that belonged to Michael Jackson's is 270366. my machine is 270356. Any chance you could check the serial on yours for comparison? Cheers.
Ciaran Riddell This machine is now with a New York based museum organization, but not currently in public operation. I'd be surprised if more than 400 were imported.
I remember being 13 and pumping 20 bucks into one of these... that was a months allowance and I felt guilty as hell... well worth it!
Holy shit they were charging 20 bucks for this?
Manly tears from my childhood... thanks man!
I remember loading 2 of these onto a trailer to go to the scrap yard around 2004
That room is gettin some rockin baselines whether it likes it or not!
Thanks for sharing this wonderful video , what beautiful arcade machine ! Miss the days !
That is hardcore as fuck and totally awesome!

+Tomsonic41 Why on earth would he have done that?
Maybe for safety reasons? It was a rather small arcade...
I love this video, Galaxy Force Super Deluxe is the best!
