You can add 1x The bystial Lubbelion, 1x Branded regain and switch some bystials for 1-2x Saronir. This way you still keep the hand trap count. Saronir and Mangna are Lubbelion searchers. Addionally, since you are on Neo tempest variation build, you could just find 1 Slot for Ultimate slayer (you have Thrusts) and 1 Copy for Typhon XYZ. Anyway nice deck profile and Congrats on 1st place!

Your not playing the link 4 A-bao? Also I see your playing the pure version and went undefeated, is there anything you would change? Would you play the striker engine or keep it pure?
It was really hard to find the A Bao in time for the tournament lol I did pick one up after the tournament though so I'll mess around with the A Bao/Gryphon build moving forward to see which one is prefer. Tbh i really like the pure version over the striker for now. Or if anything play even more Bystials because bystials are never dead draws in this format also given Maliss as a whole benefits from it while Striker cards become dead draws after turn 1 basically. If we're keeping it as is, I'd probably find room for a Bystial Lubellion and a Branded Regained. Maybe take out 1 Chessy Cat and the Called by to put those 2 cards.
Clicked off after no FS cards. Need em 100%. Without your board dies to nib. With em baits out every handtrap then u normal mouse or rabbit and scoop. I played a FS ryzeal a hour ago. Guy opened broken going 2nd with fuwa, imp, druis, nib and CBTG just all cus of 1 tract and field spell he used every handtrap trap. And cus I made binder over red I banished it got a free draw and got engraver and auto scooped. Then g2 he made me go first. And of course I brick with my 1 chessy cat but whatever I pass. He draws full combo and engraver with ash imp and goes tract to lurrie to req and I fuwa. He ashes. I fuwa again and auto scoops. Granted he got sacked to a degree but was all playable but I get why he scooped cus he knew he lost anyway after that especially after a pass
FS is a great engine definitely and if we're playing Ryzeal I'd 100% agree that it's mandatory to play it at the highest level but not Maliss necessarily. Even if you get Nibbed with Maliss, if you play your cards right, you should most of the time have a way to keep extending to end with GWC06 set or they nib you after you set GWC06 in which case you have your Interruptions setup anyway
@ 100% necessary in Maliss. It’s makes it like it the new OCG version without the cards. Maybe even better. Because it’s just so strong. Been testing it and I play FSRYZEL as well. And I think Maliss just the better deck. It’s like prime snake-eyes. But a lot scarier.
Maliss definitely feels like old Snake eye at times lol bit less degenerate tho 😅 I haven't gone up against Bystil Maliss yet so I'll probably need a bit more testing and get back to you 🤙🏽

Cus I run 4 bystials and 1 is baldrake because works with board I make and lacrima summons to dump paradise so there’s so many disruptions it’s impossible to get through and layered so droplet won’t even save you because I usually have 4-6 cards in hand and a good amount is handtraps.
