And the neighbor in this apartment has started to threaten me because he doesn't want any neighbors on his top floor. Too much for a sensitive person like me. Bad things are happening back to back. I too have had horrible bullying neighbours but mine have stopped bullying me now.
I manifested this for myself by paying attention to other things instead of the neighbours and repeating the affirmation "this Is a pleasant and peaceful place to live".
Repeat also "I am happier and happier every day"as many times as you can each day.
