In my over 50 years of dirt biking, I’ve never seen a rear shock blow out like that, with the oil hitting the hot exhaust and Kenny getting major out of shape and crashing.. WOW. ..thanks Weege
second time this year to , makes you wonder what they're using inside that shock
They're trying to get more flex out of the rear end by using smaller and smaller bolts in the linkage, and now they're tearing shocks apart...Normal R&D
I seen RJ's shock blow at Gainesville fla 1984 ( he had the surf shorts on that moto) on a steep drop off to flat .... a much less dramatic brief cloud of smoke , without the ending results roczen endured 😳 I think in 84 a rubber line went to the remote res back then , may have been a line failure...?. Looked like roczen's res cap blew the fuuu off 🤷♂️
I feel bad for Roczen, but that slow-mo head-on video of that shock going south will be one of the most epic, iconic moto moments in history.
I was watching a mechanic changing a shock in a hurry between practice sessions and he forgot to put his gloves on and when he got it loose and grabbed it it was smoking hot and burnt the shit out of his hands,he even said he messed up but I bet he had every degree of burns on his hands! People don’t realize how hot they get

Edit: Gibson is the brand, and their entry level brand is Epiphone, and Jett got a Gibson and Eli and Coop got Epiphones. Whoever did that, I noticed!

@@barneyba I couldn't 'read' them either, but based on the Headstock Shape and the length of the words (Epiphone takes up more space on the headstock) I'm about 99% sure.

I don't think that I'm alone in hoping that he is OK. He has been doing so well this season, seems to be enjoying himself, and making things fun for us fans.

In the 250s it's almost just like tomac last year. Had the championship right on his hands. And didn't even do anything wrong and straight up tore his Achilles. Still can't get over that. He had won that title. The same thing could happen to Jett or webb or maybe both. Aint over till its over.

i hate that for Tomac to he so had that in the bag and doninated both series in 22 i so thought he was going to win last night but stilk think his core strength isnt 100 i really do believe we will at least get one more sx season out of him he still wants it bad and the smile on his face shows hiw much he still loves it
@@townsendYXZya no way he can be 100%. Yes it was good to see he was happy with his riding. In the beginning part of the race he was on a crazy pace.
I bought the FanFest tickets and looked everywhere for the Factory trucks/riders but couldn't find them, now I see where they were, across/under the bridge next to the stadium. I asked multiple even workers/vendors who worked there and no one had a clue. Not even the Monster Energy truck/folks handing out their product. Unless I missed it, didn't see any signs showing where to go? :-( Literally walked around 2-3 times and only could find the vendors/privateer guys. My son at least got the riding pants of #242 Garrett Hoffman after he just finished up a qualifying session. Thank you Garrett, very nice of you to do that!! 🙂

It’s incredible, but not surprising that they never mention Tom. I’m a huge vialle fan and I hope he clinches this title but ik with that being said they’d still find a way to discredit his title win. If it’s anyone else they’re all over it.
I'm glad you mentioned the lack of coverage for Tom. It's been a theme since he moved across the pond despite his success both last year and this one as a rookie/newbie to American motocross/Supercross. I sincerely hope he wins the title and cements his name in the history books.
do you guys have ears?? during the whole broadcast RC and weege are constantly talking about vialle, every weekend. did you ALSO not see that chaos struck at nashville again and pretty much 4 top riders across both classes got messed up??? context, vialle isnt as big as injuries, and points shakeups

I am amazed how many seat that didn’t sell. Ticket prices were so high from last year. It cost them. Maybe they will learn next year but I doubt it.

9 whoops max and no dragons back takes away the opportunity for Elite riders to be Elite......... Tomac said that recently and I agree. I can't wait for outdoors and I hope Tomac decides to do it.

@@seanhaberman4619 It will make the series better if he races and it would be stupid to think that Eli can't beat Jett outdoors. Jett will more than likely win more races but he's not invincible. Given the fact that Eli is on his way to retirement while Jett is just coming in we're lucky to see them race IMO.
@rfair123 The only way anybody beats Jett is he crashes or gets a bad start. Nobody has shown they can run with him head to head. Eli could pick up a win. But Eli at his best couldn't beat Jett for a title, and he's not at his best.
I would love to see them race and maybe see Eli push Jett into having to hang it out. But Jett is flat out better and anybody that has watched both of them race can see it.

The Pro circuit team can’t just be having bad luck. Do the talent scouts keep signing a particular type of young rider showing incredible raw speed, grit, determination but a win at all costs mentality? Macadoo, Forkner, AC etc all seem to share this trait. The ‘win at all costs and flex by winning by a large margin’ mentality was obvious with Forkner on the SML interview and it seems to me is an insight into this ‘bad luck’

I love the light heart banter between Weege and Jett. With Jett actually getting him a pocket square is hilarious considering his current circumstance with titles and pressure. Weege you are a huge asset to the sport we love and Jett is a great and unique personnel to carry the sport into the future. This season my respect for Cooper and Tomac grit and determination has grown immensely but after years of cheering for Anderson i think he has lost his way and respect for competitors and competition.
That's a bummer for Kitchen as well as the other guys. Heal up soon, dudes.
I’ve been saying the same thing about PC. Is Mitch putting too much pressure on the boys? They are always injured. McAdoo riding hurt is what caused the crash and now they’ve lost the points lead in both coasts.

38-Little bit of a rough day😭, crashed in the heat, In the main had to start on gate one and got pinched off and came around in last, then me and max hit pretty hard in the 2nd turn dodging @_levikitchen glad to see him get back up after that crash, ended up smashing my radiator in and my steering would get stuck multiple times each lap, but still happy to finish the night out in 6th, we will keep fighting it’s far from over!
Tom Vialle has done more in SX than Deegan has. Deegan continues to get more media coverage than Tom even when the red plate is exchanged. The disrespect.
Well, alot of the fankids and fanboys are deegan family fans, not SX/MX fans..

At this level you still can not prevent mechanical failures it will always be a thing and part of the sport.
I have never understood how people could be so surprised when you put 22 of the best racers on the planet on a track with 50-55 second lap times. Yeah, it's going to get crazy no matter how good they all are at racing.

@@bradshaw2244 the Desmo450 won't be released till the 2nd half of 2025 making it unavailable for the 2025 AMA season... They will do some MXGP races but they don't have the production rules AMA does.

PC teammates didn't crash into each other, MacAdoo crashed into Kitchen, he cross jumped him when they were side by side, its brain explosion again, not Kitchens fault. Its not bad luck, its bad race craft or lack of race craft and stupid mentality! Mitch needs to get ruthless with some of his riders, time for a clean out! Keep the Chef, he still has this I believe, that was a championship saving ride! But the rest seriously do they ever learn NO..Its not social welfare, its about championships, loyalty is great but this sort of thing year in year out, you cant continue like this! I really feel for Mitch, but time to get tough, need smart riders not just fast riders!
