Please protect us from those young boaters who harrass people, like last time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Thank you." And BOOM ! Prayer was answered.
As soon as the officer said this, "It doesn't matter; you're going to jail tonight." He should have his qualified immunity removed because he knew it wasn't a lawful arrest, and should be fired and charged with false imprisonment and assault under the color of authority.

Or how about the audacity of this all starting over the dude parking in a fire lane because there was no where to park with that giant monstrosity of a boat attached to his truck, yet instructing the old lady (who the cop wanted to be a witness) to park in that same fire lane! Just to be clear, I'm not condoning this officer throwing the guy to the ground and arresting him. If you're only dropping someone off or picking someone up, then it's fine to stop in the bus/ fire lane for a couple minutes (that's 2 minutes or less). But if you're stopped for longer or you need to exit your vehicle, just find a parking space.
They're both morons. Parking a huge lifted truck pulling a boat in a fucking fire lane is incredibly moronic, and also supposedly doing this in front of a cop and knowing he would do something. Everyone involved here was a moron.

I think anyone in any job would stop going above and beyond for someone if they were a dick while they were doing their job. The cop didn't have to right a citation and maybe even would have just let the guy go with a warning, but if he is being an twat why would you extend that favor? The parking was absolutely a ticketable offence. The tint was an offence. The issue is entirely with the arrest. I don't think the cop did anything wrong up until then. That prick deserved those tickets. He didn't deserve the assault.
As soon as he said "you can say moron! I give you permission" you just knew he is not professional, letting his emotions rule his judgement and taking things personally. In no profession should you be calling people a moron, especially as a public servant.
The way he effectively forced that old lady to write a statement could be considered coercion by a court. This kid was guilty of contempt of cop. That's it.

Cops enjoy all kinds of perks not available to the average person. Tints, cellphone usage while driving, no seat belts, illegal parking, even hanging objects from their rear-view mirrors.
If the cop was so concerned about fire lane being blocked, then why did he himself park there, then called for back up who all parked there, and even stopped witnesses and instructed them to park there as well, during the now prolonged fiasco (?!)
That's the craziest thing to me. Cops will completely forget the initial, important, reason for a stop or what they were actually looking for in an investigation and waste hours getting petty charges on the suspect.

So the cop threw his own 2 year old tantrum and pulled out the handcuffs. He is even so blinded by his own rage at being disrespected that he is willing to ask citizens to park in the fire lane to provide witness against someone because they were parked in the fire lane. What I don't understand is how could he be charged for resisting arrest when 1) the officer approaches from behind, 2) doesn't give any warning and time to prepare or surrender peacefully, 3) grabs him by surprise and 4) doesn't say he is under arrest.
While it is not a crime, it is stupid. How you treat others sets the example of how you want others to treat you. Disrespect others, and you'll get disrespect back in spades. I call this a classic case of "two wrongs don't make a right." The cop overreacted to an asshole. Where did he violate this rich white kids rights?
Gives guy a ticket for parking in the fire lane/Instructs lady driver to park in fire lane to fill out a statement.
Discretion at work and two totally different situations. She isn’t leaving a vehicle unattended now is she?
I love when cops are explaining what happened to other cops and you can tell they are clearly trying to convince themselves that what they are doing is right and okay when its not lol
LMFAOO gives guy a ticket for parking in the fire lane then ask a lady to pull into the fire lane to write a statement. “No I don’t want a ticket”😂😂
All this over parking in a fire lane, but yet tell the elderly lady to pull over to the fire lane cause she's a "witness".😂
To be fair she isn't going to park and leave the vehicle unattended. She will still be there with the vehicle
@@revolutionstudios2that doesn't change the fact that the cop is a hypocrite
@@revolutionstudios2I see no fairness. That's basically saying it's okay to break the law as long as a cop says it's okay. 😂
@lkjdzer7349 there's a big difference in her stopping there and staying with the vehicle vs parking a truck and trailer there and going shopping. If someone had stayed in the truck and could have moved it i doubt there would have been a problem
@@lkjdzer7349Not necessarily “okay”, but since an emergency responder gave her permission to park there while on official business, it’s an entirely different situation from parking and going shopping.
Judge he was hooting and hollering. My ego was shattered. What a 🤡 cop
He had every right to be angry to battle. He couldn't bet shit out of that cop
It's interesting how a cop's version of events becomes more elaborate with each retelling.
"The fish was this big 🐟---------------------🐟 . I swear!"
Most destructive game of telephone I've ever seen and I went to Catholic school so I've seen some shit 😅
The officer also started the interaction by asking the store to call the driver a moron.
This sets the stage for the entire interaction.
LOL hootin and hollerin is not a crime in Florida. It’s what we do here.
Until now.
Well "running your mouth" must be a crime in Florida then, or maybe being bratty is a crime in Florida😂😂😂. Tough State.
"It don't matter you're going to jail tonight" - That's a very nice way to confirm that you know you were doing an illegal arrest for the purpose of retaliation for your hurt feelings - The lawyer will thank you, the one charging you that is
Cop was just mad because his parking spot was taken. Cops park there all the time to go get food
He just made what?
@@seeya205got to love the grammar police. I will edit it. Thanks
@@rd7385 A spelling mistake is not a grammatical mistake; it's an orthographic error. Had you spelt it correctly, I wouldn't have been confused on what you meant. 🤷
Arrested for contempt of cop.
“Was walking towards the other customer aggressively”
That one is definitely going to depend on the jury.
What jury? This is not going to be a jury trial.
What jury? This is not going to be a jury trial.
If "be the adult in the room" was a video game, this interaction would be level one. And this cop would never see level two
