im cooking for my neighbors who are having a very rough time. The husband and I will sit down to our meal and then he will take her plate home plus at least one more meal and 2 sandwich makings. I decorate my front door and porch for Fall. I will do some Halloween because my only grandson is the perfect age to appreciate it .8 yrs old. I enjoy everything you post. I do the right moves...i sit thru the ad, click like, send a share, & leave a comment. even if its just TY. It is the least I can do for you. I know these take alot of time and i appreciate the effort. They bring me much joy.

Hi my mom she love decorating for Christmas loved it and now having everybody over Thanksgiving really can feel though big open spot when these holidays times come so I dress up the table I got to run your picture of a big smile and I stuck it all out for her flowers go to Hobby Lobby or Michaels and get those flowers pretty fall Dollar Tree for sure I enjoy it brings back good things I remember interesting I appreciate that
I love love love fall. I haven't done much Halloween in the past but I did get a few of the ghosts from DT this year to put up outside. But, I decorate for fall to the max. In fact I love it so much I hate putting it away when it's time to put up Christmas. Good idea to make picks instead of just sticking them in loosely.
P. S. I used to decorate for EVERY holiday. Even would color the kids milk to reflect the occasion, use cookie cutter to shape sandwiches, etc. Love celebrating any and every holiday.

I decorate for Autumn the very last week of August! I unfortunately don't decorate as much for Halloween. I would love to but have a tiny apartment and don't normally have many people over. It's my dream to have a huge house to be able to decorate for every season, much like your Mom!!

What a fun idea to make fall picks. I think I'll gather pine cones and make those, too. Maybe make 'picks' with wire. I spray painted and had hubby hang a large branch on a wall. About 4' long. Thought it would be fun to decorate for the seasons and holidays.
I mix my autumn and Halloween decorations together. Once Halloween is over I put those things away and just keep the autumn decor. I tend not to decorate too scary for Halloween...just witchy.

Every August I start working on my fall crafts and counting the days till I can decorate! I do a mix of fall and Halloween, but the fall decor stays up till I decorate for Christmas. Right now I am actually in Christmas craft mode. I do have on more Fall craft but I need more acorns.

I decorate both Halloween and harvest together then I take down Halloween leave up harvest and may add to my decor. I have tons of holiday stuff.... too much so each year I pick out some and put that out. That what I do... then Christmas I do a 4 ft tree upstairs and decorate traditional and down in the family reck room I do a 6ft blue and silver tree and snowmen everywhere

Well HL magnolia leaves regularly are like $15.99 a pack but to make it look right I'd probably need at least 3 packs. So I've got the real leaves and gonna go that route,lol

You could even make a table placemats or runner by hot gluing the fall leaves to a rubbery shelf liner. Just a thought.
