How to go switch?
There are some simple tips on this video that will help to stand and get planning from the "wrong side" of your board

Some how I head to upwind when I switch my foot, and then the sail no power and fall😰! Can you let me know what is wrong? Thank you!

Probably, when you go switch, you give no pressure on your frontfoot or you don't press down with themast hand.
These are two reasons why you head too much upwind.
One more could be that you pull with your fronhand close to your body and you kill your speed.
Try again and let us know if it works.
