I returned to the Catholic Church in October 2016 because it was time for my son to begin preparing for his First Holy Communion. I had been a member of the Anglican church for ten years, and the Lord was prompting me to return to the Catholic faith. A year prior to my return to Catholicism, I was praying for a miraculous healing for a dear friend of mine, and I came across a series of novenas that I began to pray. At the end of the Novena to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, an old friend's name came to mind. He was a deacon at the first Anglican church I went to. I called him, and he said my name came to him in prayer as well. I told him about the Novena I was praying, and he said he had just been given a life size painting of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. I made a trip to see him, for prayer and to see this painting. It was a miraculous event, with roses appearing as I had prayed a nine hour novena to St. Therese that very day. Fast forward to 2016, I am walking into chruch to give my first confession in 34 years. I was very afraid. Terrified. Nervous. I had only given confession once before when I was a child preparing for my First Communion. After that my mother left my Catholic dad and married a Jehovahs Witness. I had been an athiest. I lived a wild party life. Yes I was born again now, but I did not have to confess to anyone to go to the Anglican church. But I knew it was what God wanted me to do. I prepared myself, examining my conscience, took a deep breath and walked in to the church.
As I walked in, there were a lot of people gathered. Noon mass was about to begin. There were some people gathering around a man, with a table at the back of the church. It looked as if he was selling some books. As I approached the confessional, just a few feet away from the man's table, there it was! The same picture I had gone to see at my old deacon's mission church! The Sacred Heart of Jesus, I soon discovered, is actually The Divine Mercy!!! The man at the table was Fr. Dan from Stockbridge, Massachutes!!! He had come to St. Francis Xavier in Brockville for a few days to share teachings on the Divine Mercy. I went in the confessional and poured out my heart to Fr. Price. The Lord showered me with forgiveness. I was made clean! It was the most transcending moment of my life!
That night, there was one last teaching by Fr. Dan, so I returned to church with my son. We sat and listened. We said the Divine Mercy Chaplet and were blessed with a relic,. Afterwards, we went to the table in the back and bought a copy of St. Faustina's Diary and a picture of the Divine Mercy. My son brought his birthday money and bought his very own Divine Mercy rosary and a picture of Pope John Paul II. Fr. Dan was astounded by the zeal of my young son, he said we may have a future priest in our midst. I told my son, one day we will go to Stockbridge to visit the Divine Mercy Parish.
As I began to attend mass and confession, I shared with Fr. Justin how I had found the Divine Mercy Chaplet in song, and I had ordered the sheet music from the Marion Helpers, and I offered to play it on guitar on Mercy Sunday. He connected me with the other musicians. I got to share the music and was welcomed in the choir and also to lead the worship at my son's school mass. The Divine Mercy has been a constant theme in my spiritual life, and I have even been blessed used it as a ministry to win one friend to Christ!
Last night, I decided to watch The Virgin Mary: The Masterpiece of God by Fr. Calloway. I was blown away!!!! I had to share it on Facebook. I then watched a testimony he gave on his own conversion and I was gripped!!! Tonight, I watched a 2004 video on his testimony and after it was over I decided to watch THIS video on Pope John Paul II, as all this time I have been meaning to research him for my son, who still has his portrait on his bedroom wall. As Fr. Calloway was talking about the Divine Mercy, and Pope John Paul II, he revealed he was ordained in Stockbridge at the very same Parish of Divine Mercy!!! Praise God and His wonders!!!! How He works all things together for those who love Him!!!!
This Lent I went thru a season of dryness for the Lord. I backslid, into sin and was convicted by a friend speaking truth. When I went to confession, the priest said to me, my worst sin was not trusting Him. I was reminded of the Divine Mercy, and how I played the chaplet for the Children's Mass. I was told to keep my prayer life strong. Since Easter God has been doing great works in my life. Opening doors of and opportunities for me to minister to people in my community. He has caused signs and wonders in my life in the last couple of weeks and just this weekend showed me the Majesty of His Great Love!!! He has given me a vision that I KNOW I CAN TRUST HIM COMPLETELY!!! HALLELUJAH!!! God bless His Holy Name! God Bless Fr. Don, Fr. Dan and the Marian Helpers in all that you do!!!! Thank you Blessed Mother!!! AMEN AMEN!!!!

We were incredibly blessed to have him speak at our Church last Wednesday. My GOSH he's hysterical, and SUCH a sweet man in person! His real love for the Divine Family and tenderness especially for our Lady is heartfelt in his presence. I'm glad we had the extreme pleasure of meeting him, and sad it was sooo brief.
May the Lord never abandon him for anything, but nourish and strengthen our brother's soul in his resolve, shield him from all doubtful temptations - especially when he, along with the rest of our Holy Mother Church, have to come out swinging with great conviction for all stances of morality and daily life, and as well called to defend the faith in all aspects - controversial and non-controversial, and finally bring this amazing man of the cloth straight home to Heaven when it's his time, ensuring his beautiful salvation. May our Lady love him specially closely and always, and enfold him within the Most Divine Mercy of our Lord's Most Sacred Heart....and keep his life fulfilling, meaningful, and hopefully FUN! LOL!

John Paul II? An apostle of mercy? He had a decades long "intimate friendship" with a woman---Anna-Teresa Tymieniecka, a Polish philosopher, beginning in 1973.
He liked the company of young people---young men and especially young women.
He made the cover up of the assassination of his predecessor---John Paul I---possible AND he adopted his predecessor's papal name to divert attention from his murder. He COULD have resigned just like Ratzinger did but instead insisted on keeping his post even when he was senile, suffered from severe dementia, and other people were changing his diaper multiple times each day.

Dear Catholic, is it not true that Catholics teach, "Whoever calls upon the Name of the Lord, is baptized Catholic and partakes of Catholic communion MIGHT be saved"? If you are a Catholic, I challenge you to either deny or affirm this doctrine! Yet, no Catholic ever will! They all smokescreen! That is because Paul wrote, "Whoever calls upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved." No, Catholics dishonor apostolic tradition by contradicting the Apostle Paul!
Yet, I met Christ - just by asking! "Ask and you shall receive." I know the Lord and the Holy Spirit abides with me. He bears witness that i am saved (Romans 8.16). Yet, Catholics pervert the simple beauty of the gospel, making it about them! Yet, Jesus Christ is the light of the world.
Jesus didn’t come to leave a Bible, He never talked about a book or writing down something. JESUS CAME TO LEAVE A CHURCH! And thanks to that Church and the Churche’s tradition ( transmission of the doctrine from generation to generation) that was decided which book and letter agreed with the doctrine and will be included in the New Testament. The Bible is a Catholic book.
