Same problem here. One day it charged some time in a sun on the beach, but usually it does not. It can be charged full from laptop, but it still does not necessarily charge my cellphone, except for 10 seconds or something like that. Useless product.
When I used this device from full charge! ... I got two and a half charges of my Samsung j3. The seccond time, I used it whilst charging. The trick is to charge the phone in battery saving mode.... that way it charges quickly and fully!
i have buy three for family using. On three sunny days tested without orange light glows. No charching. i give it back, it is trash!

Na 2 znane mi przypadki zakupu żaden nigdy nie dał się naładować ani przez port usb ani przez panel słoneczny. Totalny śmieć.
Też to kupiłem.
