Last point is almost impossible or not possible to follow bcoz recently i have completed my class 12 and in last 2 years I realise that to follow timetable with discipline is not possible

Things I learned while I am on the 200 pushups for 30 days challenge. Just remember one thing throughout this process, at the end the goal is not to do the above as much as possible but as consistently as possible. Even if you read an hour for the whole day thats fine, spent the whole day with family that okay, anything you try to learn, you will fail and it will be tough but if it was easy it wouldnt be worth it. The goal is to be consistent and learn discipline. Like i said it will be difficult in the beginning but once you keep pushing through you will learn and discover so much more about yourself and your "Why" will keep on evolving and keep on being more refined. If you’re seeing a video for NEET then you’ll have to make 1 point for every 30 seconds or so.

4 months ago i made myself a habit of getting up early at 4:00 am 😇 no matter what I used to wake up at 4 am but after studying till 8am i used to sleep for 1and half hour 😅 ( actually this trick of sleeping after studying for some hours motivated me to wake up early ... I used to think after studying for few hours i am going sleep 😁😂) and now due to holidays i wake up at 9am 😴 but I really love to wake up at 4 am and study, that feeling is amazing some thing like "i am great" 😂 i used to tell everyone around me that i wake up early 🤣 And Bhaiya because of u i was inspired to wake up at 4 am 😇😇
I am improving the reading,literally watching knowledgeable content on youtube and listening to the ranveer show on spotify had a very positive impacy on my mindset , Now i am coming up with new ideas everyday and trying to execute one that suited me.Hope in next 3 years I will be Financially free.

Things I learned while I am on the 200 pushups for 30 days challenge. Just remember one thing throughout this process, at the end the goal is not to do the above as much as possible but as consistently as possible. Even if you read an hour for the whole day thats fine, spent the whole day with family that okay, anything you try to learn, you will fail and it will be tough but if it was easy it wouldnt be worth it. The goal is to be consistent and learn discipline. Like i said it will be difficult in the beginning but once you keep pushing through you will learn and discover so much more about yourself and your "Why" will keep on evolving and keep on being more refined. @@AIRNeetInshallah Complete watching the video then lift your pen and try to recall only important points. If unable to recall you can rewind to important points, pause and jot them down. Make a rule that for every 2 minutes of video there should be 1 point or for every one minutes of video there should be 1 point. But this also depends on the type of video. If you’re seeing a video for NEET then you’ll have to make 1 point for every 30 seconds or so.

4 months ago i made myself a habit of getting up early at 4:00 am 😇 no matter what I used to wake up at 4 am but after studying till 8am i used to sleep for 1and half hour 😅 ( actually this trick of sleeping after studying for some hours motivated me to wake up early ... I used to think after studying for few hours i am going sleep 😁😂) and now due to holidays i wake up at 9am 😴 but I really love to wake up at 4 am and study, that feeling is amazing some thing like "i am great" 😂 i used to tell everyone around me that i wake up early 🤣
