Oh I love the pattern you chose too! What a fun diy to do ! You both make it look so easy! You look beautiful and I love that you lined t and love the look with black tights and booties
Love your version of the dress with the beautiful fabric you chose, and the way you styled it with the belt and black tights. So versatile to wear for various occasions.
Beautiful dress! I used to sew when I was younger & loved it (I learned it in high school). Unfortunately I didn't keep up with it, still know the bare minimum to sew/alter small things. This made me want to try it again. Great work!
I've been wanting to get back to sewing. What a lovely pattern to inspire us! It looks so pretty on you. This pattern is very versatile too, as Lisa made hers from linen fabric.
Lisa from Farmhouse on Boone sent me here to check out your version of this dress ... LOVE both of your versions ~ it shows how differently it turns out just by the change up of fabric!! PS ~ I love your Rose Gold handled scissors, too!!!
I watched both as I am subbed to both of yo for forever. Amazing how they both turned out and done a little different. You look amazing in your dress! Two great videos! Thank you
Oh my gosh I love it ❤ I've only ever altered clothes or sewn home decor but I've never actually made a piece of clothing. I've been wanting to forever but have never been brave enough. Your tips are super helpful! I'm leaning more toward making some pieces now that you've shown how doable it is ❤❤❤
Love the pattern and the colors really do Pop. You wear it well. I am petite curvy and wish I learned how to sew something other than a placemat in Brownies!
Beautiful dress and pattern!! And the top you’re wearing during sewing has the same pattern as well! 😃 I watched both yours and Lisa‘s video and now I want both dresses for myself ☺️ so different - so perfect 👌🏻
It's easier to attach the sleeve to the bodice before you add it to the skirt. You sew one long seam from the hem of the sleeve, up under the arm and down to the bodice area.
I love this dress but I'm not sure I'd have the patience. I barely know how to operate my machine. But I am tempted, it's really pretty and I love the way you can decide the length 🌼 thank you 💗🌼💗
I LOVE the way your dress turned out, Christina! That print is amazing!
Girl, your dress is gorgeous! Thank you for this DIY, love it! Xoxo
I love how each of you made this dress to really suit her own style. Beautiful job!
