Depends on the situation I guess. If people don't focus your squad than Chun will be better. If they do focus your squad than Lynne is better. Don't forget that Chun has to be the leader of the squad.
Honestly if you're focusing on ranged you will definitely have 2 squads so I would do Julia/Lynne or Jacob and Chun with Louis. Now you should definitely upgrade your Chun to level 60 and use her as the leader of your current squad. You're loosing a lot of damage by using her as the assistant
