Jeep Gladiator & Wrangler HD Steering Upgrade

- For our ongoing build of "Crixus" our 2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon, we wanted to upgrade the steering components that have been prone to problems, weakness and the dreaded "Death Wobble".
As always when it comes to suspension or steering components, we looked to Teraflex. Once again, they had the fix we needed in one handy kit, the HD Forged Drag Link Kit & HD Chromoly Tie Rod Kit. See the link below for more information or purchasing options.

Quick question for you I installed this kit on my JL and on the draglink pitman arm side there seems to be some play in the threaded end that goes into the draglink sleeve even after tightening the 2 10mm bolts to spec. Did yours have that little bit of slop inside the threads?
Yes, ours too had what we felt, was more than normal play or noise when it was on the lift and inspected after torquing the 10 mm bolts. Once on the ground, giving it a shakedown run, and driving for the past several months, we have had zero issue or noise.
Have you checked it with the full weight of the suspension on it while on the ground?
@@jeeplifestyles yeah I checked it again after driving it for a bit on the highway back and fourth to work. It still has that play inside the threads which is weird I tried reaching out to teraflex and just waiting on a response.
Is a steering damper the same as steering stabilizer?
Yes, that is correct.
