Looks very nice Graham but that is definitely not a chop suey where are all the vegetable bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and noodles etc. And chicken chop suey is £7:50 from my local Chinese takeaway, but I would try that and add homemade chow mein to it and some of the Iceland vegetable spring rolls 👍👍🍜🍜

Good Morning Robert, thank you for the comment - I do not usually go for Chinese meals but this one was very good and well worth the money for what is in it - it is a shame that they left out the Bamboo shoots and water chestnuts as I do like them ! Spring Rolls have never done it for me I am not sure why but it certainly down to the taste - Have a great Thursday my Friend :-)

I used to buy them meals when they were 2 for £5 then they went to 3 for £10 so they pinched a meal which is bang out of order . The ones I tried before the price increase were all very good in fact I recommended the King Prawn Alfredo to Papparoni which he did review and he liked it and gave it a 9 out of 10 well as you know is something ain't right he will say so

Good Morning MamsfieldLad, thank you for the comment - this was a decent meal and I had not tried it before so pricewise I did not know it has been cheaper ! In Pappas we trust - I agree with you there he is usually spot on ! He is in Hospital at the moment so hopefully he will be back soon ! have a great Thursday :-)

Hi Graham, i don't mind Chinese takeaway, but whenever i've tried Chinese food in this way i've not liked it 😊

Good Afternoon Kate, thank you for the comment - Chinese is not a favourite of mine but this was good and full of flavour - my issue with Chinese foods like this is that they are watery where I prefer a thicker sauce - but I did enjoy this one - Wishing You a Lovely Afternoon :-)

@@kate6038 it was but it did taste very nice - I prefer the Indian meals with the thicker sauce along with Thai etc - enjoy the rest of the Day :-)

      Evening Graham,
Oven cooked always for ready meals ( if have time ) though in these days of energy costs that’s not always ideal .
I’m like you , prefer Indian cuisine to Chinese and Thai ( lot of dishes watery / greasy looking ) but can be flavoursome
Chinese take away food always too salty I find
Great review and content as usual
      Keep em coming
