Awesome build , love the military themed. SUPPORT OUR TROOPS. Can't wait to see the finished product. The sheet metal fab work Is pro grade. Love the fuel pump submerged at the bottom of the tank , that's well thought out and functionality will be precise.
This should be an amazing machine when you're done . At the other end of the spectrum , last year I bought an '05 TRX 450 with a wasted engine for $250
. This will probably make most people want to throw up but i swapped in an engine from a 1983 Honda ATC200E Big Red three wheeler .It turned out very nice , but obviously slow .

very cool man !! i love the military color combo . i think the A arms and steering stem shouldve been od green , fenders black , nerfs , bumper and grab bar black . also we never got to see anymore videos of the yfz hybrid build .

Had said 17 was kickstart but was it the standard bike kicker where it kicks rear instead of forward like a trx? Is there room with a rear kickstart engine to clear the fender? Curious as id love to do one and always guess what year would be best year to use, awsome vids!
The 17 CRF is a rear kick. You need an extension to clear the frame. The heel guard and nerf bars may be a clearance issue on some setups. Thanks for watching
