Steph invest in a tempered glass screen protector. I dont trust myself and i always get a tempered glass screen protector and a case for whatever phone i have
Last tempered glass screen protector I bought was for my iphone 7+, dropped my phone a week later and the actual glass screen cracked and the protector was spotless with not even a scratch
The way that I would start crying of iPhone cracked and ended the video 😂

Steph you should get some tempered glass to put over your screen. If you drop your phone it will crack the tempered glass which you can just peel off.

Try pickleball instead of tennis! It’s a lot easier and definitely growing in popularity. Spin classes are the best!! You definitely need to try it.
I really recommend zumba! Its so much fun and it has really helped with my breathing, balance and endurance!

Steph, I have been going to Barre classes for a few months now and I love it! They show you modifications to the moves so you can start as a beginner and build strength. I’m sure there’s probably a Barre studio near you. I go to Barre3 😊

You should try a sand volleyball league. You can create a team with your friends and it’s a fun activity to do weekly over the Summer. 🤗🤗
do you have a hotworx near you?? i LOVE it. three people max per sauna and you can work out with the lights off. they have cycling, rowing, elliptical, yoga, core, hot buns. it’s so fun!! and the saunas help with stress and have made my skin feel amazinggg and clear!! you should def look into it :)) 🔥
