Sherpa really did well getting up into the van without any assistance. It makes me happy to see him doing well
Chair looked comfy. Sherpa looks like a wolf patroling his property. His winter seems to be making a appearance. Poor fluffy angel, looked so confused, glad he's able to bounce back to himself. Cuddles and kisses for Sherpa.

We have a Border Collie, he's about 14 or so years old, and he has sort of what you'd call "Funny turns" as well. He gets up looking like he's about to go somewhere, but instead he just stands there, like he forgot what he was about to do. Other times he just wanders around aimlessly. It's kinda like they have a bit of dementia.
My 19 yr old Terri-poo Max did the same thing. It is indeed Dementia sadly.
Make sure you turn your wifi off and hard wire your devices. Dogs are sensitive to electro-magnetic radiation!
It’s not in Sherpa’s case I don’t think because Jamie mentioned in another blog that he’s been having these since he was very young, maybe more like minor seizures. I know I worked with a girl who would had epilepsy & one type of seizure she had was all of a sudden just staring off into space & then she’d come back as if nothing happened.❤️
@@jeannierenton7542 Sherpa has grown up saturated in wifi since birth. It cannot be discounted until Jamie experiments by going hard wired for a few weeks to see if it makes a difference. This advice applies to any person or animal known to be suffering from neurological problems.

Suggestion: Turn the door for the mower into a ramp. A sturdy piano hinge at the bottom. That way you don’t have to worry about the mower not hitting the rails you’re currently using. Hugs for Sherpie.

Yes, me too... It affects me deeply when I see these sorts of events. I am so profoundly touched by this beautiful boy and his gentle, fun, and resilient spirit. He is lucky to have a caring dad, who is also kind enough to share him with us.

@ Actually even a small amount of chocolate can and does cause fatal injury to a dog I have dogs myself and had a friend who dog died because it got hold of a small piece of chocolate it was very upsetting chocolate cake or biscuits will also cause problems thank you for your comment.....

Put a mulching kit onto your mower, that way you will have healthier and thicker grass and won't have to haul it away. You could also cut up the cardboard and use it to start the fires in the fire-pit.

I had a child hood friend who's dog would sleep walk. He would pant just like Shepie was and look around as if seeing things that weren't there. He was a beautiful dog and I absolutely loved him ❤

You could start a great compost heap with that grass mixed with other things & then when you want to grow some other plants you will be equipped. Compost can be expensive.

My little rescue cavapoo has a funny turn when she is over tired. She runs away from me, and looks frightened😢I have to speak very calmly to her once she settles down then plonk her on my bed at night time rather than her own bed. I used to get really stressed about it when it happened the 1st time, now I know not to over stimulate her. Dogs are just great, and Sherpa is adorable❤

I had a dog who had funny turns. Vet had no idea, he would stand and stretch his neck out and put his head up. It scared me, and with no explanation available, it was difficult. Thankfully it was not often. Apparently it wasnt deadly, just scary for both of us. Best to Lord Sherpa, and you of course! You are such a good dog dad to him. ❤️

I put some shredded lettuce and carrots outside for the birds in summer. Extra moisture
Sherpa, " I wanted to ride in little red with my hair blowing in the wind"!!! That little bird was pretty cute. I used to feed Mourning Doves in Phoenix. Keith and I named them and in the mornings the Doves would follow Keith to work. Pretty Sweet. Unfortunately the Hawks came 😕 and they built a hugh nest 2 blocks from where we lived. My dilemma!!! We moved to Marana. Sherpa, I just want to hug you ❤❤❤ Joan 😊
