The Adventures of Dudley the Dragon did air on PBS for a time around the mid 90's.
I do remember watching it on KCPT-TV, Ch. 19, Kansas City, MO, sometime around 1996-98.
I don't remember the theme song being that long though.
The theme song was long in the second episode, as well as this one and the fifth episode
I remember this episode!!!

That was soon going to end up as Lost Media.
