That truck sure brings back the memories! Ours was baby blue with twin 55 gallon drums for fuel tanks under slung on it! Took 3/4 turn of the steering wheel to drive straight and damn near needed the passenger for second and third gear with the length of the shifter!
Excellent video Brandon :) also Dads Strength :) & should called it Old Time Logging and In Future Time Plus Year 2022 ! Also remember do this back on Home Farm years ago lots with 2 loader one was 1963 McCormick International B414 Loader tractor Desiel motor 45 hp 2 wheel drive with Heavy Duty Fork attachment for 6 square bales in 🔺️ but logs form and 1978 International 724 B International Desiel motor 72 hp 2 wheel drive 6 prongs on bucket Loader had 4 cylinders 2 on bucket and loader arms same to ! Never blew any cylinders or hydraulic hoses or pumps amazing me ! Did for 7 days from 8:00am to 8:00pm each year! Logs were some for firewood yes and plus boards get for plank to make wood furniture out ! Wood was Pine , Cedar , Maple and Silver Maple plus Cherry Wood! Lots fun load on Chevrolet 3 ton gas with one axle and GMC 5 ton Desiel motors plus 2 axles ! Did in between hay & grain and straw bales plus corn too crops ! April to November each year!
I love the Ford power. I grew up driving a Ford F700 grain truck similar to that one. The old truck is still getting the job done. Dose your Ford have the straight 6 power plant under the hood?

Nothing boring with the video. You should have named this one “Wally Plays With His Wood” 😂😂 That’s some nice firewood. I’d love to see his mill
Almost thought that bed or truck was going over when the first log was loaded lol. Love those old trucks & seeing them doing work.
Thanks Brandon I love the video and you guys do awesome work.

Gotta love the old Ford....
Nice looking logs 👍🇺🇸
Nice old ford
so nice to see the wood being used to make things. they looked like huge sized trees,
it looked like the suspension of the truck was flat when loaded!
Yeah it was alittle heavy but he wasn't going far
Something different great video as always
Nice to see some of the wood normally buned up in piles being saved as fire wood.
Not boring at all.
Great Truck especially with the 300 6
I had a 1988 F-250 with the 300 six and a granny 4-speed in it. Absolutely the hardest working truck I’ve ever owned.
Old school is cool 👍
Nice truck!!
"shorts" are a cool thing to do sometimes.
It's called a loggers rule
Nice logs. Possible veneer quality?
Ol FORED TRUCK hauling logs a fitten job for that truck.

Hail literally beat our corn crop to the ground here in Alabama a few weeks ago. Almost destroyed tomato crop too.
I'm sorry to hear that. We have been droughted out. Finally got a shower last night.
@@danw6014Thanks man. it’s been fairly dry here too except for the occasional afternoon thunderstorm which doesn’t last long.
Question that year is this for truck?????
