    Here is a new workout / tabata timer for you!
    15 Minute 45/15 HIIT Workout Timer 45/15 tabata Timer.
    15 rounds with 45 seconds to work out and 15 seconds break in between. There is also a progress bar and timer to help you keep track of how long you've been exercising and how much time is left. There is a alarm sound after every break/workout time. The sound will tell you, when the next break/workout time is starting.

    Thanks. Perfect for early morning sitting-room circuit. 3 rounds: stretch, dumbbell-step, crunch, push up, bridge.
